Our membership fees are based on a monthly subscription, providing you with predictable and affordable healthcare costs.
There are no surprise bills or hidden fees. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, allowing you to budget your healthcare expenses with confidence.

While we do not bill insurance for our patient visits, many of our members find that our membership model offers greater value and flexibility than traditional insurance plans.
We can use your health insurance for routine services such as pap smears, IUDs, imaging orders, or routine lab testing.
We do accept HSA/FSA accounts for payment of your membership.
We can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

There are some services and costs that are not included in your Membership:
-Lab test costs: We have negotiated cash pay rates at a significant discount than those that are charged when using insurance. If your insurance covers lab work, we are happy to run your labs through your insurance, however, we cannot guarantee what will be covered and what your insurance will be charged.
-Specialty testing costs: We provide our patients with transparent practice pricing for specialty tests.
-Supplement costs: Our members receive discounts on medical-grade, third-party tested supplements.
-Medication costs: Medications can be prescribed either through your preferred local pharmacy utilizing insurance or through one of our partner compounding pharmacies at our practice prices.
-Some primary care services, urgent care services, or specialty services.
